Warm Roof Conversions & Installations

Warm Roofs

Turn a room you use for half the year into one you enjoy every day. A warm roof replaces an old glass or polycarbonate conservatory roof with an insulated, tiled structure — steadying the temperature, quietening the rain and giving you a proper room that finally feels part of the house.

The Range

A quiet, comfortable room in every season

Many older conservatories were built with roofs that let heat pour out in winter and trap it in summer. A warm roof solves both problems in one installation. We remove the existing glazed or polycarbonate roof, fit a lightweight insulated frame onto the current base and frames, then finish it in tiles or a smooth internal ceiling — leaving you with a space that stays cool in July and warm in January.

Every conversion is measured and designed around your existing conservatory, so there is no need to rebuild from the ground up. Rooflights can be added to keep the light-filled feel, and the interior is plastered ready for decorating, lighting and even downlighters.

Conservatory conversions

Replace a tired glass or polycarbonate roof on your existing conservatory with a fully insulated warm roof — no need to move the frames or base.

Tiled finishes

Lightweight roof tiles in a choice of colours that sit comfortably alongside your home, giving the room a permanent, built-in appearance from the outside.

Rooflights & ceilings

Add rooflights to keep the daylight streaming in, with a smooth plastered internal ceiling ready for downlighters and your own decoration.
