Who we are

We are Shergold Conservatories Limited, a family installer of windows, doors, conservatories and warm roofs based in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. If you have any question about your personal information, you can reach us using the details at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

This is a brochure website. It does not sell anything online and does not require you to create an account. We only receive the information you decide to send us when you make an enquiry, which is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your town or postcode
• The product you are interested in (Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Warm Roofs, PVCu or Aluminium)

If you contact us by phone or email instead, we hold whatever details you give us in that conversation. We do not ask for information beyond what we need to answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a free consultation and quote, and to carry out any work you go on to ask us for. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling or advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are dealing with your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch or in case we need the records for tax and accounting reasons. When your information is no longer needed for these purposes, we remove it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Where a job requires it, we may share relevant details with a manufacturer partner or supplier — such as REHAU, Endurance Doors or Smart Systems — purely to fulfil your order. We may also share information where the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, simply contact us using the details below and we will help. There is no charge for a normal request.
